Grievances

When therapists take the time to give us feedback, we listen. If you have a grievance/ complaint about our platform, please be sure to let us know. You can submit all such feedback to:

grievances@savethetherapist.com

We’ll make every effort to respond to all grievances within a 2 week time period. When this is not feasible, we will reach out with more information about when a response can be expected.

Save the Therapist is governed by a group of therapists with a variety of academic backgrounds and licensure types. When a grievance is submitted, our Program Director works with the member of our team most closely aligned with the academic background of the person submitting. For example, if a social worker submits a grievance, a social worker will be involved in the response. Similarly, if a psychologist submits a grievance, the response will be informed by a member of our team who is a psychologist. Save the Therapist is committed to conducting all activities in a manner that adheres to ethical and legal responsibilities.
